Hey everyone, are you still encountering this issue? If so, please share details like your platform, operating system version, whether you own the game digitally or claimed it via EA Play, which launcher you're using, and any other relevant info. The more details, the better.

Yes, I'm still having the issue.

Platform - PC
Operating System Version - Windows 7 ( I can run the game on lower settings with no issues)
Own Digitally
Launcher - EA App
Any other info - I haven't been able to play since May 2024 after there was an update to the app.
