And I would like to respond the same as I did before. In my original post I shared that I had disabled both my firewall and my antivirus. And I'm still getting the same message. So this is not my problem

leeuw Your suggestion Does not work, checked and even shut down firewall, it is an issue on EA's side, it's ridiculous, I have not played this game for 3 months now because of this issue and many of us not for at least a year, you let us buy a game and fancy add ons that we cannot play, and no help what so ever to solve the issue what a joke of a company
