This is NOT a me issue. Multiple people are having this issue but every thread on it seems to be getting swept under the rug and not addressed. I have had this issue for literal weeks now and cannot play AT ALL!!! I own sims. Everything is purchased through EA App so I am not sure what the hang up is?? Its not my internet. I have followed everything that EA has told me to do and NOTHING works. This is getting genuinely frustrating... Just as I was planning to purchase the new fairy pack.
