Hi when I start my sims 4 game in the EA app it says it cannot read the licence and it needs to be started online, that doesn't work, I tried all the tricks suggested on this forum in other similar THREADS like uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app and the sims 4, clearing the cache but nothing works, I am running it in windows 8, it has always worked before, please help we with this, such a waste of money otherwise!

There's a big forum on this. I just got it solved. I had the ea live service tech remove the sims 4 from my account. He had to add it back on his end because I couldn't re-buy the game. After he added it back, I downloaded it again and it launched fine!

Thanks do you have a link for me how to get a live tech assistant? It keep getting referred to forums, also are you running it on a window 8? Thanks in advance for helping me out!
