This is getting incredibly ridiculous. I’ve been very patient and so has everyone else here. Can someone from EA have a look at this and fix it? Can’t be that hard…
It’s still not working despite a new computer that never had EA and Sims installed. EA app got an update and Sims 4 needed an update too and both didn’t resolve that issue.
