I own all of the packs (minus the kits), and I bought them all through the EA App. A couple of weeks ago it started saying: "Game license is invalid. The app couldn't read the game's license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. If the problem continues, try clearing your cache." My game is in "online mode." I had cleared my cache multiple times; I even uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4 and even the EA App THREE TIMES, I even repaired multiply times as well. And I am still getting the same message over and over again. I even deleted the localthumbcache.package file and the contents of the cache, cachestr, and onlinethumbnailcache. Still the same error... I love the game so much and I have been playing The Sims even since I was little. I just hate how I am not allowed to play the game and enjoy the new packs that are coming out... Please fix this soon!

Do you have Xbox game pass linked to your EA account?

Yes, unlink it and don't relink it. otherwise, you'll be in my boat. They won't let you unlink it for 6 months. When its linked Xbox takes the makeup of files and doesn't display it the way Ea app recognizes it. Why this happens who know, but its ridiculous and they need to fix it, or at least let us unlink it without making us wait 6 months.
