In August of 2025 I encountered the issue of invalid game license which caused the game Sims 4 to not open. I tried clearing the cache, nothing happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no solution. I have reached out to EA Support several times with nothing being done to attempt to resolve the issue. At this point, the game is still unplayable because of a license issue.
Since EA can't be bothered to address this issue, does anyone know of a way to fix this?
