having a problem adding add on packs

in my sims 4 game, i uninstalled and reinstalled sims 4 and i have 42 add ons, they all show they are installed on the ea app manager, yet when i go into the game itself it does not show that they are installed and says i can not install them.. so now what do i do?

any help with this would be greatly appreciated PLEASE
