I have been playing sims for years. Now it’s saying my game license is invalid. I have tried deleting and redownloading , I have tried windows+R key and going into ea services and taking out the license folder. I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
I highly doubt you will receive help here. Open a case and await Tech Support to try to help. They were utter failures to resolve my case. I have been unable to play on my old computer for about 18 months. I did just replace my PC (of over 10 years) and finally was able to get the game to start. I don't want to recommend that to you. Someone did say they were successful with a reinstall of Windows. Another was successful by getting Tech Support to remove the game from their game library and then later applying it back (I asked this of my Tech Support and was told they couldn't do that).
