Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app
I have the same problem.
In total, three DLCs are missing, but not all of them.
I can see the purchases in my order history on myaccount.ea.com, but when I log in with the exact same credentials (email, password, OTP) in the EA app, the addons are gone (see attachment).
Sadly, the ticket I opened flagged itself as "Waiting on player", but when I open the linked webpage to "continue case" and to provide more info, I am merely forwarded to an infinitely self-reloading webpage without any option to enter anything. Truly the worst customer experience I had in quite a while.
But maybe someone in this forum can help.

Thanks for your answer, but for some reason, all the missing add-ons just popped back up without me doing anything.
