SIMS 4 - Switched from PC to iMAC. Can't acces DLC "Available for windows"

Question

Hello,my girlfriend just switched from playing Sims 4 on my windows PC to iMAC.&nbsp;She downloaded EA app on her mac and when going to the add-ons for the DLC packs, it's all grey and says "available for windows".&nbsp;Once opening the Sims 4 on EA app, the DLC packs starts downloading but can't be played.&nbsp;Opening the store ingame they all have a price to buy again.&nbsp;Been searching for a fix for a while now, but only find people with the same problem.&nbsp;I have not yet found anyone with a fix or how to get it working.She has a ton of DLC packs not willing to buy them all over again 🙂&nbsp;Screenshot added.&nbsp;Appericate all answers and help.Kind regards,&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;@SendingIversen,

It looks like she got these DLCs through Steam, judging by the icon next to them. Unfortunately, the game isn't compatible with Mac if you want to play it via Steam; it's only available on Windows.
