Sims 4 Addons Wont Install

So I just bought new addons for the sims 4, but for some reason The packs will not Install, I keep getting a Messages that says I don't own Sims 4/ have access and that I need to go to a Game hub to get the game in order to Install the addons, I have never had this issue with all my other packs they have downloaded in the game just fine, but for some reason it is just the new packs I just bought, I've done everything to try and fix it but the packs still wont download at all, I've reinstalled Sims 4 and all the packs I had in the game have no issue installing but it's just those 9 packs that wont install.
