EA App Error INST - 14 - 12007

@LoptsEldr Hey, for this one, your Internet connection isn't a factor. Connection only determines speeds of upload and download not stability or permission-based issues. Can you check the link Here, as it has a lot of info? If the steps don't don't work let us know and we can try to get more info on that specific error.

The code they are referring to, and I am also having this issue, is not on that short list. 

i have a same problem and it solved, try to connected your pc to another WIFI.

With network steps, since connecting to another Wifi or connection in general works, that typically means there is something happening with the connection the game is on. Below are steps I run through when I have issues and can help not have to connect to a different connection. 

There could be something with the modem/router or ISP causing issues with the IP address since a different WiFi works. It's something to test out and see if it works.

Renew IP

1. From the Start menu, type cmd to search for the Command Prompt app.
2. Select Run as administrator.
3. Click Yes to allow User Account Control (UAC), if prompted.
4. The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens.
   At the prompt, type ipconfig /release, and then press Enter
5. The command now executes. You may see several lines of text before the command prompt returns.
6. t the prompt, type ipconfig /renew, and then press Enter.

DNS Flush

1. Click the Start button. It’s the Windows logo in the bottom left corner.
2. Select Command Prompt.
3. To open the command prompt console, you could also simply press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
4. You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
5. If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
6. In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
7. Press Enter.
8. You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.

This error is not on the short list linked. Disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet allowed me to update the app. It did not solve connecting to the server issues.

Yeah can't launch the app at all or repair it
