Sims 4 DLC from Steam or Epic Greyed Out on EA app for Mac (Worked on Origin)

Hello does anyone know how to bypass this monstrosity on a new Mac App?? I just want to play my game - upon being forced to install the EA app some of my packs were missing. I tried downloading...

    If you bought or claimed these packs in Epic or Steam they are not available in EA App for Mac as there is no Mac version of the game available on either platform.

@Bluebellflora Isn't there a way to talk to them about this? It sounds wrong to pay for the packs again, or to pay when they were offered previously. And since it says "Windows only", it means it's linked to the account, so what's the matter with letting it be unlocked on Mac as well? One thing is The Sims 3, that one never worked on Mac, but the add-ons for The Sims 4 did.

Idk if you ever went further with this, but I tried to contact them about this two seperate times. The first person basically told me to get f*cked and the second at least kindly said "sorry, EA won't let us do anything about it"
