EA finally made mac users switch over to the EA app, just opened it for the first time and noticed three packs (Fashion Street Kit, Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party Stuff) are showing in my “owned add-ons” section but are separated from my other packs and all say ‘available on Windows’ below them, when I search them up it only lets me purchase them again, not download.

So basically I got the three kits during some promotion on Epic Games and I was talking to both EA support and Epic Games support. EA support cannot help me because I got those packs on Epic (for free). They say I have to repurchase if I want to play on my Mac. And Epic Games told me that they don’t provide support for The Sims 4 (on Mac). So unfortunately you cannot do anything. But there is a sale going on right now on EA!
Honestly, I didn’t even remember whether I paid for those three packs, and turns out I didn’t, I checked the invoices on Epic. It sucks, but cannot complain much, it was for free.
Hope that helps.

I had this same issue while switching from pc to my new macbook. I contacted EA help and at least four people was sending me emails regarding the case - asking same questions I had already answered. And after sending a long email explaining the situation and giving all the same information over and over again they closed my case leaving me with no answers...
Today I opened the chat to EA help and finally got some service from the helpcenter. It took a while but after all I got these three add ons to show up on my EA App and downloaded to my Mac.
So there is hope to get those back!

I chatted with EA Help tonight and they were able to resolve my "Available on Windows" DLC issue - they did some magic, the DLC showed up, and I was able to install it!
