Sims 4 DLC from Steam or Epic Greyed Out on EA app for Mac (Worked on Origin)

Hello does anyone know how to bypass this monstrosity on a new Mac App?? I just want to play my game - upon being forced to install the EA app some of my packs were missing. I tried downloading...

If you bought or claimed these packs in Epic or Steam they are not available in EA App for Mac as there is no Mac version of the game available on either platform.

I had this same issue with same packs last week and I got help from the chat.

Do you know what they exactly did to solve the problem? I contacted the support already twice and they said that they can’t do anything about it or don’t know how to help

@msims4win8 I just asked and nothing. they said the ones who were successful in getting it to work probably had them on both platforms which I don't believe idk what to do either
