- @msims4win8 I just asked and nothing. they said the ones who were successful in getting it to work probably had them on both platforms which I don't believe idk what to do either
Do you know what they exactly did to solve the problem? I contacted the support already twice and they said that they can’t do anything about it or don’t know how to help
I recently had to switch over to my Mac. On the EA app in "manage add-ons" it shows a few packs I own but can't download because it says "available on Windows. How can I download them?
I had this same issue with same packs last week and I got help from the chat.
Hi, I recently bought a new computer. When i transferred all my data from my old pc to my new mac, all my information transferd as well as all my packs that i have bought except three. They refuse to downlod on my new mac but work fine on my pc. The packs are Fashion street kit, Jungle Adventure and Luxury Party Stuff. When i click manage add-ons in the EA app it says that the pacs are "Available on Windows" and thats it. What should I do?

I chatted with EA Help tonight and they were able to resolve my "Available on Windows" DLC issue - they did some magic, the DLC showed up, and I was able to install it!
- Just to clarify, all my other packs work perfectly fine and are available on Mac. Cats and Dogs was my first pack ever downloaded for TS4 and I downloaded it on Steam, which I no longer use to startup my game, and it shows to be only available on Windows.
Currently, using my game with minimal mods and CC, my Sims 4 has been showing the Cats and Dogs pack to be only available for windows ever since Origin migrated me to the new Mac EA application.
I have tried repairing the game, clearing my cache, and all of the other solutiions provided in other threads. However, I just keep seeing the attached image below when I click "manage Add-ons" on the EA app.Please help!
I had this same issue while switching from pc to my new macbook. I contacted EA help and at least four people was sending me emails regarding the case - asking same questions I had already answered. And after sending a long email explaining the situation and giving all the same information over and over again they closed my case leaving me with no answers...
Today I opened the chat to EA help and finally got some service from the helpcenter. It took a while but after all I got these three add ons to show up on my EA App and downloaded to my Mac.
So there is hope to get those back!
I don't know what to do
