Sims 4 DLC from Steam or Epic Greyed Out on EA app for Mac (Worked on Origin)

HI, I need help. I've redownloaded all of my packs for the Sims 4 but 3 of them will not download and mention that they're only available in Windows.  The packs are the fashion street kit, jungle adventure, and luxury party stuff.

So I recently discovered that I could get sims on my iMac, instead of playing on my very laggy laptop that I have. Especially since I have add ons. I was downloading it, and I was confused why my add ons literally were not being added on. I searched it up, and it says it's because I bought a windows version of the add on. But I feel like just because I bought the add on with a window version, it should be in some sort of file that when you download from the same account, it will be there no matter what. If the add on is not yet available on iMac is one thing, and frankly kinda stupid but I'm assuming that they just added this compatibility with iMac recently so whatever. But what do I do? I have the Get famous pack, which is the only pack that I can download, I also have cats and dogs, vampires, and seasons pack. I don't want to re-buy them, so is there a way I can switch it or something? Or have EA switch it/add it on my account? I'm not sure how kind EA is with this sort of stuff. But I would like at least an answer/solution to my problem. Any help is needed! Thank you!

I'm having trouble accessing my dlc from steam. I was using a pc and upgraded to a Mac. But now I can't get to all of my stuff. In the EA app it shows that I have it in my library, but it says something to the effect that it's available in Windows PC. It leads me to believe that I can't play these packs on my Mac. 

Is there some content in ts4 that can't be played on a Mac, but you can play it on a Windows PC? I'm really confused.

hi so i downloaded the EA App on my imac today and i scroll down to see that it says that the Sims 4 is available on windows and not my imac. my imac is an imac ventura and meets all the requirements to play, so i dont know why its doing this. its really stressing me out so please someone help me. i just want to play sims 4 as a 14 year old boy LOL. 

I own the Sims 4 and I recently transitioned from a windows pc to a mac. While downloading all my packs I noticed an error- the jungle adventure, luxury party, and fashion street kit were not downloading. I believe that since I redeemed these during the Epic games giveaway, there is some sort of error getting them to switch to the EA app for mac. Several people in online forums seem to have also run into this, stating that when they had origin for mac there no issues, but since the transition to the EA app for mac they have experienced the same thing. (to note- I used these packs with no issue when I had them on my Windows EA app). The rest of my pack have also installed just fine.

figured that would be the answer since i already know sims isnt available on steam for mac players.

hoped there would be another solution or a workaround but i guess its just not possible. thanks for taking the time and replying though! 

makes one wonder why they did that, the ea app can offer it so why cant steam? 

so i already used a windows computer to link my ea account to steam, and i thought that would make it so i can download the packs from the bundle on my mac too with my ea app, but i cant and it says its only available on windows?? can i fix this? is there a workaround? or is it just impossible to download the packs on my mac?

i got this bundle a long time ago for free and i put it off for so long until i had a windows computer available and i really thought that would be it, why cant i download the packs on mac its so weird?? my account KNOWS i have them but i cant download them because theyre only available on windows????

i have so many other packs and i just want these to add to my collection. (if there is no solution i could buy them since theyre on sale but id rather not, so if there is a solution or workaround id very much appreciate it)

Can i use my addons that are from steam and ea play on mac now that the ea app is on the mac

It says only for windows so im wondering if i need to buy them again
