After I successfully updated the game, problems occurred. Last night, I was still able to play normally, but today I encountered the following issue.
I played for a while without any problems. Suddenly, the game crashed (which can happen).
When I tried to start it again, I received the following error message:
Game could not be started. The launch failed due to an error on our part. Please try again later. (Screenshot, German version)
I followed the tips listed on the website: removed mods, cleared the cache, repaired the game, and even completely removed the entire EA folder from "Documents" (as I read on the website).
I don't know what else to do.
