Sims 4 Expansions Missing from Launcher

I logged into my EA app today to launch and play the Sims 4 and noticed my library was completely empty. I redownloaded the base game, hoping the DLC had just been hidden, but no luck. I can still see the DLC folders in my computer's applications, and I have proof of purchase spanning multiple years. I'm including an image of an old save I tried to load up, which displays all the packs that I own as now being required.

My username and icon were also reset when I logged back in, which I didn't think anything of initially, but now I'm wondering if it's part of the same problem.  My purchase history via my EA account is also nonexistent, even though I have years of PayPal receipts in my email. I have a Mac and have tried troubleshooting potential cloud issues with no luck. Any ideas?
