sims 4 hours reset themselves

I just got on to play and my hours have reset from over 10,000 to just 2,000 out of nowhere. I lost over 333 days in play time, is there any way to fix this? I reset cache+repaired my game but absolu...

@Hikari38 Next time you want to buy an EA game, just remember all the problems people are having before giving EA your money. Even if they fix this crap tomorrow, who's to say they won't make it worse next month?

There's only one EA game type I play and it just so happens it's finally getting competition.

I'll be happy to support the better one.

We're customers. 

And it's our money. 

I'd love to see who wins mine.

      Same here, but with a different game, Mass Effect LE: more than 500 hours deleted just like that...anyone has a solution for this annoyance?
