I just got on to play and my hours have reset from over 10,000 to just 2,000 out of nowhere. I lost over 333 days in play time, is there any way to fix this? I reset cache+repaired my game but absolutely nothing. This happened to my sims 3 too a couple years ago, but I only had 5-6k hours and I didn't play much anymore so it didn't bother me. Please if anyone has any solutions let me know!

update: it suddenly fixed itself??? check your games and see if it's there now!
I logged in again yesterday later and it was showing the correct amount now! I think EA app is bugging... initially when I logged in, it said download like I didn't have the game but when I pressed download, it just started the game. I was like lol okay

seems like you fixed this?? I have had an issue for over a year and my hours are still not fixed... I keep seeing people saying it's been fixed but mine still isn't and I've lost hope.. wish they'd bring origin back..
