There is no progress at all and no suggestion that it's doing something.

3 years agoGot it, thanks! Have you had the chance to try clearing the cache for the EA app to see if that helps? For more info on how you can clear it check out the EA Help website.
Let me know how that goes if you're able to give it a shot.

Sorry, I should have mentioned this in my first post, I tried that yesterday, along with restarting my laptop etc.
