Uninstalled and reinstalled ea app and sims 4 game

Fixed ea app and sims 4 game

Restarted computer, ea app and sims 4 game

Completely closed ea app and sims 4 game through control panel

Checked network, refreshed and refreshed adress

I use no mods

Family member is able to play it on the same computer through their Xbox pass
