Sims 4 Pack Help
Hi there! I recently got a new Mac Book and downloaded EA and the Sims 4 onto it. I linked my EA and Steam account or used my Steam account to sign in to my EA account. I used to buy my sims packs on Steam but, since you can't use the sims on steam on Mac, I had to buy my new packs on EA. However, my old packs that I didn't buy on EA did not download to my sims game. It says I own them in the shop but it isn't in my CAS. What do I do?
