Sims 4 Pack missing on New Computer Install
I installed The Sims 4 on my new computer this morning and opened the game. When I attempt to load existing games, they show Get Together is missing. From within The Sims 4 game, I can see that I do own Get Together, however, the EA App says I need to purchase it. I did a repair but that did not solve it. I'm not sure what to do for Get Together to install and I'm afraid opening old saves will ruin them if I'm missing a pack I had installed when I played them. What am I overlooking?
Hi @ReviveMeBro23 , are any of your other packs showing correctly in the game?
Have you tried clearing the EA app's cache to see if that helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
