Sims 4 Refuses to Downlaod

A few months ago I tried to redownload sims4 but it wouldn't work. So I left it uninstalled and even uninstalled the EA app as well. I recently wanted to get back into it and it still refuses to download. I cleared the cache as well and still nothing. Any input on how to get it working would be very appreciated.
