Re: "You don't have access" error

Hi, I'm having trouble launching The Sims 4 in the EA app. I've tried logging out several times and even reinstalled the app. I also uninstalled The Sims 4 from my system, but now I can't download it again. The app says I don't own the game, but I definitely purchased it. I'm logged into the correct account and have already tried multiple solutions.
