Hi there, I recently bought the Cat and Dogs, Cottage Living and Horse Ranch packs but none of them will download. It shows that I own them in the sims4 store but not in the EA app and when I try to download them it has the message "Requires The Sims 4 & all game updates. See minimum requirements for the pack." I have read through the pc and Mac answers but I don't know how to fix it. I've tried the terminal thing to locate them but I don't understand. Please help!

Hello, Try clearing the cache for the EA app using the steps here- if your packs are still giving you an error once you've tried that, please attach a screenshot of that error to your thread here.

Sims4 packs error message
