Hey Is anyone able to help me! for the past 2 weeks Im not able to download Sims 4 without it saying "something went wrong... error", I dont know what to do tbh.

You can see steps on how to clear the Cache in the EA app here:

Try this and see if the game then launches without errors.
The sims 4 won't download and it keeps saying something went wrong and to restart the ea app but I have multiple times and I've been trying to download it for 2 days straight. I can't even uninstall the ea app so I can try redownloading it because I tried every method to uninstall and it wont work (windows)
Also every time I would restart the download it will stop at 1% or 2% and stay that way for a while before I try canceling the download to try again
I also bought sims on the ea app so it can be easier to get sims 4 packs.

My game has been freezing on a lot of things . Like the marketplace and gallery i don’t know why so i tried to delete and reinstall it and it’s still freezing on the "something went wrong”.
what platform are you playing on ? Any mods/cc in your game ?
After the Quality Life update I couldn't download the game or update. Ever since this happens. I tried to delete EA and every file related to The Sims but nothing worked. Could anyone help?
