Summarize your bug After migrating from Origin app to EA Desktop app i don't see Bulletstorm in my library. I have no hidden games, I'm logged with the correct EA account ( I own only one ), I cleared the cashe of the app, Im with updated and up to date version of my EA Desktop app and Windows 10 OS, i have proove of purchase of my Bulletstorm game - it is in the history of my purchases on my EA account settings. I rised 2 tickets to your support teams and currently im redirected to you.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't have Bulletstorm in my library. How you will find what cause that bug - depends on you mostly. I will assis as best as i can when prompted.
