Spore instalation issues

Basically i have bought spore - galactic adventures in a form of cd/dvd several years ago and I want to play it now but not only my code is not working but i have no cd/dvd adapter 
I want to get another code as a refund but i have no idea where is an option to send direct ticket to ea is which if i knew where that was , this case would solve significately easier
