I'm sorry to hear you're having problems accessing the Spore base game. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with account-related issues here at AHQ. If you have already successfully redeemed the code on your EA account in the past and you're logged in to the same account, you shouldn't need to purchase the game once again. You could perhaps try contacting EA Help Support once again and check with them if it's possible to recover access to the game.
