11 months agoHello aMarkasd, for this issue, you can try a few things:
- Delete your Xbox Gamertag, reboot the console, and log back in with your Xbox Account. You won't lose anything.
- Make sure the account that has the game also has the Xbox Home set to your Xbox Console.
- Try with a console factory reset, keeping games and apps.
- If nothing works, please reach out to Xbox Supportso they can check this for you!
