I tried contacting customer service to fix this problem, but they seem to close my case, or mark it as resolved without giving a solution. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with EA Help. My Steam and Gmail accounts are still linked to my old hacked EA account. Please unlink them and you'll have my thanks.

What's happening exactly when you try to reach out via a chat? Is the option just not popping up for you?
Yes, either there is no option to reach out, or when you make a case, they immediately mark it as resolved without doing anything. It's been like this forever.
