Steam and Gmail accounts are linked to my hacked EA account, please unlink them.

What's happening exactly when you try to reach out via a chat? Is the option just not popping up for you?

Yes, either there is no option to reach out, or when you make a case, they immediately mark it as resolved without doing anything. It's been like this forever.
