steam games not working with ea app

whenever i try play a ea game through steam and its only select ones such a F1 25 and Battlefield 6 it just gives me a prompt saying ea isn't available and the games not show up as owned in the ea ap...

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting the game started.

If you haven't already, can you give the following troubleshooting steps a try:

Check that your Steam account is linked on your Connected Accounts page
Clear the EA App's cache
Unplug all USB storage devices and cables from your device
Do a Windows Network Reset: Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset
Run through our connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step on changing your DNS
Try using a mobile hotspot
