steam games not working with ea app

Question

whenever i try play a ea game through steam and its only select ones such a F1 25 and Battlefield 6 it just gives me a prompt saying ea isn't available and the games not show up as owned in the ea app

i just wanna know if anyone else has delt with this because it is so so annoying ive already spoken to support and they havent helped.>[

If you haven't already, can you give the following troubleshooting steps a try:&nbsp;

Check that your Steam account is linked on your Connected Accounts page
Clear the EA App's cache
Unplug all USB storage devices and cables from your device&nbsp;
Do a Windows Network Reset: Settings &gt; Network &amp; Internet &gt; Advanced Network Settings &gt; Network Reset
Run through our connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step on changing your DNS
Try using a mobile hotspot&nbsp;
