Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

I tried redownloading the app and restarting my computer but neither helps, and I can't submit an error report in the app because the only thing that keeps popping up is the box with the connection error message. I don't have any buttons to press but retry and quit, and when I do quit it goes back to the same page when I reopen the ea app again. It's not my wifi connection everything else is running fine. Can someone help me figure this out? It started after I went to log in to the app, and I possibly put in the wrong log in information because I forgot.

    When I try to submit an error report through opening the error reporter file directly I also get an error
