SWGOH update impossible

Hi community, for over 3 months now—on PC, not on mobile—updates only reach 80% before getting stuck, with no further progress. As a result, I can never reach the Cantina screen and am no longer able to play on PC. Has anyone else encountered this bug, and is there a solution? I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps provided on the site. Thanks!
