I had the same issue and tried firewall etc but what worked for me is -
Updated my laptop to windows 11 (Didn't do much)
Connected my laptop to my mobile hotspot - EA app gained connection. I believe it may be due to my mobile hotspot being WI-FI 6/WPA3 compatible? Not really sure as I don't even know what means lol but it popped up when I connected.. I then reconnected to my wifi and works fine

Well I tried that and didn't work for me. In fact, it ruined my PC. I work from home and can't open my work app anymore since I did that, now it also has a connection problem!! EA is basically ruining my PC and now my work too!
