Textures going crazy, no DLC/mods Sims 4

Tried to play today and my sims and npc's keep bugging out/going into t-pose, and i cannot do actions either they just cancel but more noticeably is the textures of shrubs and bushes. I have temporarily taken all dlc's out of the game as well as any mods/cc. As well as that, i repaired the game in EA app but the problem still persists in new/old saves. Has anyone else experienced this?

Operating system: Mac Arm v13.7
