I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your accounts.
If you try launching the EA app separately, without using the linking option from Epic Games, are you able to launch the EA app and login with your EA account?
Yes, by itself I can use the EA App normally and can login. But I cannot even access or download the game since it was bought on Epic Games

Please try running the EA app and Epic Games as admin. Leave both apps running in the background and then try launching EA FC 25 to see if you're able to connect the accounts when prompted.
- @EA_cuervo Yes, but same thing happens. I have already tried clearing the cache using the EA Recovery tool and trying again (while logged in on the EA App and also without logging in first). The EA App is updated to the latest version. I ran out of ideas at this point.
