Summarize your bug The EA app won't let me install Battlefield 1. It says "Your trial has ended" even though I own the game and have played it for a long time. And that while still acknowledging I own it in the game library page.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the EA app and try to install an owned copy of Battlefield 1 in an account where the trial period of the same game has expired previously.
What happens when the bug occurs? The install button is greyed out.
What do you expect to see? The install button available.
The EA app won't let me install Battlefield 1. It says "Your trial has ended" even though I own the game and have played it for a long time. And that while still acknowledging I own it in the game library page. This can be replicated by opening the EA app and trying to install an owned copy of Battlefield 1 in an account where the trial period of the same game has expired previously. The install button is greyed out when it should be available.
Update: The issue has been solved. After being in contact with support for a while they did some change on my account and now the EA app recognizes I own the game properly and lets me install it.
