When did you purchase the game? You may need to wait a bit for it to show up. Also, did you try any of the suggestions in that article? Make sure you follow the instructions for clearing the EA App cache.

      Can you confirm you're logging into the same account that the game was purchased on?

        Yes, I log in to the purchased account. The game was in my library before. Then it disappeared
