Can you confirm you're logging into the same account that the game was purchased on?

Yes, I log in to the purchased account. The game was in my library before. Then it disappeared

    Try clearing the cache for the EA App with these instructions.

        The game is still several weeks from release. Most likely, it'll show up before then.
