The Sims 4 NEW EA app updates = 51 packs missing

For the amount of money I paid for this game. I am tired of always having  issues. I mean an update creates multiple issues including contents missing.  EA this game is too expensive to have to ...

    Hello @Womiko 

    Are your expansions missing from Origin, or are your save files missing from your game?

    Hey there @Tmgrl2,

    At the moment, The Sims 2 is not compatible with the EA App, which is why you're not seeing that in your game library. Please keep an eye on the thread here for more updates on this. For The Sims 3, what exactly are you missing from your account?

I tried customer service because I have the Sims 2 and two Sims 3 games missing on the EA app, all I was told was that if I follow the steps, that I've followed multiple times that it should download but it won't.  I was also told there's no record of the Sims 2 and wants the order number from all of the games.  These games were purchased years ago.  I assumed EA would have that information but apparently they don't.  This is ridiculous.

    @Tmgrl2 I have been working with one of the EA professionals for the past few days and my issue is gone. He gave me step by step on how to add the missing games in. How to check if the missing games are still present. And sure as dag there is another selection you can go to to make sure your games can be downloaded. Look out for a tag 🏷 because I am going to tag you in the conversation so you can follow steps and get results. Happy Simming I surely know I am happly simming!

      @242tee I need the information. I have 35 pieces of Sims 4 DLC on Steam (expansions, packs, kits, etc) that I cannot play on EA app. To top it off, EA app clearly shows I own the DLC but won't play it. Ridiculously, EA app has those 35 packs "greyed out" so there isn't even the option to buy them again (not that I would). I am really hoping the information you got helps me too. Thank you!

        I've had basically the same issue but I'm missing 66 packs in total.... 

        How, if, did you guys fix it cause I've been going back and forth with EA Help (ironically named if you ask me) for about a month and half and I've made literally no progress.

        Initially, I lost some of the packs back in January after I bought 2 kits but when the problem did seem to fix itself even after running multiple repairs, I decided to uninstall then reinstall it. Which actually made it worse cause I went from missing a couple of packs to missing ALL of them. 

        It's really frustrating cause, like all of you guys, I've paid a fair bit of money for content that I can't actually use.

        Any help would be so so so appreciated!

        Are you not seeing your content in your game library in the EA App?
