Hi, My game has been saying ‘finalizing’ for more that 4 hours now and I looked up ways to fix it but none seems to work because I can not close origin and I can not restart my laptop, I also don’t have a repair option. I am fed up and about to burst into tears because I was so excited that I’ve finally been able to get the game but now it’s acting up and won’t work…someone please help.

I’ve had problems with my Sims 4 game since downloading the new Werewolves pack. It was so bad that I decided to uninstall and reinstall the whole game. Now, the base game reinstall is stuck on finalizing. It just sits there, and I can’t stop it or close Origin. A lot of the suggestions that I’ve seen are for PC. I’m not sure if the solutions are the same on a Mac. Does anyone know about this issue on Mac?
