The truth seems to be EA has NO support for my game

There is no support from EA.  I have looked at every post where someone says they can't get Jedi Fallen Order to launch, and no support people have replied to any of them, only other players trying to help.  This "support" is a sham.  I paid a lot of money for Jedi Fallen Order and despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times on a brand new high end PC, it won't launch.  EA has lost my business.

Correct, downloading APEX legends you should be able to search for it in the EA app and add it to the account. @tolkyyn,

  • @EA_Atic  I don't understand at all.  What is APEX Legends?  I already have the EA app.  How does that help me run Jedi? Where do I get APEX?

  • @EA_Atic  I had deleted the game and EA launcher app and today I downloaded the EA app which had a new appearance, so I downloaded JFO again and NOW it works!  Thank you for hanging in there with me. I'm so happy to have it back!

  • Now I'm really upset.  Today EA can't launch JFO.  I'm attaching the message I get.  Why is this happeneing?

  • I'm looking at APEX Legends and I don't want to play that game.  I really don't understand why you want me to download it and waste space on my HD.  Please explain how this helps.

  • don't know if will help but I uninstalled the EA app and re installed it now don't get that error but get another one that says. There is a problem with your games setup please reinstall game

and reinstalled game to same thing sad they've known these issues for years and not had them fixed by now but sad players help more than EA tech support does
