Sumit (03/11/2022, 12:59:36): Thanks a bunch for staying online, I just double checked with my team on this. Evidently, this is an on-going issue at the moment. Just like you, hundreds of thousands of players are also impacted by the same situation.
Sumit (03/11/2022, 13:00:44): Good news is our game teams are on it. They're literally working on a fix as we speak. It won't be long before this gets taken care. Once that happens, this'll be resolved not just for you but for all affected players.
Sumit (03/11/2022, 13:02:07): I don't want to make any false commitment with you but team working on it will get resolved soon it will not take too long.
Sumit (03/11/2022, 13:04:22): It will not take that much of time as we have updates it will get resolved soon.

Hi there, just thought I'd pop in and say I've had this issue for over a year now, not been able to access any of my EA games that have online connectivity. Now I just can't install them.
Back when I first encountered this I was trying to play Battlefront 2 through my epic games account and thought maybe it had messed up my ownership of the game or something but then found out it was most games with online connectivity, I could access Jedi Fallen Order and that was it. So I contacted support and after a long phone call was ultimately told to consult these forums, I never did... I've got hundreds worth in games on there but it wasn't worth the effort to me if EA's own support couldn't help.
If this is something widespread I'm confused as to why there's been no public announcement or a gaming news outlet talking about it at least. In an age where digital media we've bought is being deleted from under us and in the time of global economic crisis, it's disheartening to be unable to access a library of games I've spent a lot of money on over the years.
